When should people be allowed to light off fireworks? (The loud kind, this poll question does not include sparklers, snakes, smoke bombs, poppers, etc)

I honestly feel as if people should only be allowed to set off loud fireworks on the fourth. There are mamy reasons as to why: there are a lot of people with PTSD and even if they stay in their homes loud fireworks are still hear able and can cause trauma to someone with PTSD. Also animals get very scared of fireworks. And people have children that need to sleep and are unable to because of these loud fireworks. I know the meaning of the 4th and how great it is. I'm very happy to be a part of the US. Celebrating the 4th is something amazing people do each each. I just don't think loud fireworks are necessary for 10 days. On special occasions such as new years, valentine's day, easter, Halloween, thanks giving, Christmas, veterans day, memorial day etc those are on one day (at least where I'm from) They are not meant to be prolonged for days. So even tho this will never change I'm asking what everyone's view on it will be.
