How frequently do you feed your 6-7 month old baby solids?

How frequently do you feed your 6-7 months old baby solids? What food do you give them and what about water?

My 6.5 mo eats breakfast, lunch and dinner of baby food and takes a bottle in between those meals and one before bed. He eats about 4-5 Tbsp oatmeal cereal and a container of fruit for breakfast, and a container or two of veggies for lunch and dinner. He's eating stage 2 baby food. We tried giving him a sippy cup with water but he'd rather just teeth on the spout than drink it!

Mine started cereal twice a day at 3 1/2 month cause the doc said to start (2 tbspoons of dry cereal before adding milk per meal) .... At first it was just cereal mixed with her formula milk.... At 5 months I switched to cereal that you can mix with water and started adding 2 full tea spoons of purée....... At 6 months she started eating 3 times a day (if she isnt napping at noon lol) she usually has 5-6 full table spoons of dry cereal before I add the water.... And then 3 big tea spoons full of purée.... Her bowl seems so full yet she eats it all. She also started having a sippy cup of water with her meals and she loves it... Took a few tries to get used to it now she loves it. She also eats a cookie with that on some meals while she waits for us to put her meal together.

Breakfast , lunch, supper , and bottles in between he also gets a treat in between.  He can drink right out of a cup or drink from a straw.  Your not really suppose to give a baby water this young because they get enough with their milk, the dr would rather them drink milk than water.  But I still give him a sup here and there, it's really your personal choice

My son is 6 3/4 months I feed him baby food once a day and he loves those gerber puffs but he has 2 teeth and is good a chewing. Other than that I feed him milk 3-4 x a day.

I try a new food every three day during dinner. We started when she was 5 months. I had rice cereal another morning for breakfast. So far we have try apples, bananas, carrots, squash, and pears. She likes all bu pears. I think squash is her favorite.
