I got mine 2 days after I filled out the form. I would chase if I were you, you want to make sure you get your scan date before 14 weeks xx

Grr that is so annoying. I'm sure everything is fine though him so don't stress, and you will get to see your baby in the next week or so 😊 xx

I called them up today and it turns out my midwife never even sent off my referral form 🤔 so she's calling me tomorrow with what she is going to do. I'm getting so impatient for my scan just want to know that everything is ok with baby xx
