Anxiety about giving birth!

So scared! So scared about having to get a C section, so scared about any complications, high blood pressure or something much worse and serious, worried about the pain but also worried about the epidural! Worried about post natal problems like hemmoraging ect euggghhhhhhh how do women go through this more than once 😭😭😭😭😭
