Nervous! HCG Levels
After a miscarriage in March, I'm pregnant again! I couldn't believe it at first, because I haven't had any symptoms besides fatigue! But sure enough when I went to the hospital, they did an ultrasound & boom baby was there!
The only thing I'm worried about is that we couldn't see a heart beat, I was a little heart broken after she said that.
But, she said I'm between 5-6 weeks, so it may be a little too early to see a heart beat, but the baby could also not be developing properly. She said that my HCG levels were 18,221. So she told me to go to my doctor or come back to the hospital to see if they nearly doubled by the end of the week.
My question is, is that normal HCG levels for that amount of weeks? & Should I be worried that I haven't had any symptoms or couldn't see a heartbeat?
