Sleeping through the night?!?

My daughter is 12 weeks old, today, and she's been sleeping 7-8 hours a night. But last night she slept from 9:30pm to 7:30am. I usually will wake her up but I was asleep lol. I'm so happy she's a good sleeper now!

We transition to night time after his bath around 830, he eats and normally goes to sleep. He normally starts grunting every 3 hours or so when he is hungry. So I just feed him before he actually wakes up. This gets us to about 6 am before he wakes up.

At 7 weeks. I am lucky of he sleeps for more then 2 hrs.

Somewhere between 9 and 11 pm he'll go to sleep for 3-4 hours, has gone as long as 5 a couple nights, then he gets up to eat then sleeps another 3-3.5 hours before getting up to eat again. Then one more sleep for 2-3.5 hours and he's up for a bit.

My daughter sleeps 3+ hours at night, but only in 1/2 an hour to an hour intervals during the day.  She's 5wks.

He usually goes 3-4 hours at night but it's a good night if I get him down before midnight 😥 he will sleep till between 10- noon tho
