Low heart rate and pink spotting

Found out I was pregnant Friday (5 weeks 6 days) they also told me the heart rate was 96bpm which is low to them (thought they should be between 90-110 at this age) 2 days later no sex no drinking I start to see pink spotting am I having a miscarriage? Please way in if your going through this or have been thru this
