terconazole use .. 36 weeks pregnant

my doctor prescribed me terconazole cream and tonight it my first night using it. pretty sure it's for a yeast infection (she called me over the holiday weekend and left a voicemail just saying to get the prescription and use it right away but didn't leave details) I won't hear from my office until the morning. but I remember she prescribed it to me during the first trimester and I refused to use it since it says don't use in first trimester. has anyone used this cream during the third trimester? I'm still kind of apprehensive to use it but don't want my baby to get thrush
