Braxton Hicks changing

I am now 30 weeks 3 days and my Braxton Hicks have changed noticeably. They aren't intense or even painful to a point where I am concerned. But I have had 3 in the last 30 minutes. I am not dehydrated.

My question is, is this normal? Our little Squishy is getting pretty big in there so I imagine they would feel more intense. But I just want to ask to see if anyone else has had this or if I should make a doctor's appointment now before my one on Thursday.
