I'm currently breastfeeding my 4wk old who nurses every 1-3hrs. During the night my partner gives my LO a bottle of EBM. Sometimes I wake to express but lately I have been staying asleep as I am so exhausted :( I know I am supposed to express at the same time the bottle is offered but I am just so tired so will express later on that day. My logic is that for every bottle offered in a 24hr period I will express. Will this impact my supply?
