I feel like such a horrible mother to my 5 day old baby. ..

I'm so lost and I don't know what to do. I just took my baby to a sponge bath and when I grabbed him,his umbilical cord got stuck to the side of my shirt. ... he cried only for a bit and now he's fine. I don't know what to do. ... should I go in to urgent care?
