TTC tips?

It's been 6 months and I am still not pregnant.... what are things you have tried that worked? The dr told me it could take a year after the nexplanon removal but I'm going crazy waiting :-(

It took me 5 months after getting my nexaplon removed. A lot of it was my boyfriend was out of town and the timing around ovulation was wrong. The month we conceived, I was using OpKs, got a positive on Thursday, had sex on Friday ONLY (cause it was the only time we had to BD). Used preseed and a soft cup to keep the spermies in overnight and I'm now 6 weeks pregnant!!! The OpKs were great cause you really know when to start BD. Good luck girly

Hey girl, do you chart your bbt? Using ovulation strips? I'd recommend doing both together to get a good read on what is "normal" for you. If you get a positive ovulation test and a temp spike the next morning, time your intercourse the next month as if that positive test is "ovulation day". If it's a day or two later you know you ovulate a little after your positive ovulation test. Everyone is different so I think that's important. They say the best chance at pregnancy sex is the 5 days BEFORE you ovulate- so have sex as much as possible in those days before you expect a positive ovulation test. We used preseed as well, which definitely doesn't hurt.
