Is this normal to have blood come out and pus ? Just wondering and also how do i take care of it do i rub alcohol around the belly button or warm water help ?

Blood yes. Pus no. It shouldn't have pus or a smell. It could mean an infection

If it's not red around it, it's probably not infected. I would use an alcohol swab to clean up the dried bloody and pussy looking stuff then make sure it stays dry. You can use just a dry q tip after baths or any other time it looks like it might've gotten wet. It should stop with the gooey stuff within a few days.
