What do I do?

I'm going over to this guy I really likes house tonight for dinner. We haven't had sex because he knew I was scared since the last time I had sex was when I was raped and he said he thinks I need more time. But we did oral instead. I'm worried that he's going to want to try and have sex. I want to but I don't want to freak out what can I do?

If he already knows and seems to understand the situation then just be honest with him. If you get there and feel like taking the next steps then take it one stage at a time.
