I suffer from anxiety and am TTC. Most people wouldn't see the link but after recently researching my medication and fertility it has come to my attention that my anxiety medication (st johns wart) affects fertility for both men and women. From what I read women using the above medication doesn't allow the eggs to form correctly and with men may harm sperm. You are meant to stop 3 months prior to TTC. We have been trying for 3 years and all that time I was oblivious that a medication I was taking was causing us not to fall pregnant😔 Understandably seeing my doctor is the best idea but I am wondering what others are using to treat their anxiety.

I would really appreciate any suggestions!!
