Postpartum acne or rash?
I've always had really clear skin (with only ocassional zit or two) but since I had my baby my skin is going CRAZY. 
I thought this was acne but it's covering my face and they don't act like a regular zit (no puss or anything) and it keeps getting worse! Any suggestions or thoughts? I'm 4 weeks post partum today.
