What's worked for you In the past??

I have the green light from my doc to try and get this baby out. I only have till 37 weeks to have this baby vaginally or its another c-section for me and all future babies c section as well. So I really want to have him naturally to avoid that.

Evening primrose oil which is what I'm going to start using at 36 weeks. Put a capsule in your vagina at nighttime and it will help your cervix get ready for labor. Don't think it's supposed to actually induce you but it helps. Walk, sex, red raspberry leaf tea

Can I ask why? Why do you only have until 37 weeks? Also, having one c-section should not automatically mean that you can't have a vaginal birth in the future.

But to answer your question: nipple stimulation (using a breast pump works great for that), sex, spicy foods, etc

Nipple stimulating . Definitely sex!! Lots of walking.. and pineapple!

Bounce on a yoga ball walk up and down stairs eat REALLY SPICY food and also the pineapple core and orgasm.
