Pelvic floor physical therapy
Anyone have experience with this?
I'm currently almost 8 weeks pp and while my pain is much inproved, I still have perineal pain at times. Also, just tried having sex last night and it was extremely painful. I had second degree tearing and an episiotomy.
Feeling a bit down about it and would like to start feeling back to normal. Thanks in advance!
