Got one shot of depo and when it was over I got a normal period ever since. I've been off for 6 months also TTC and now I'm losing hope😟 can I hear some success stories please

I also got off depo and then got on the pill and stopped taking it, it took me over a year after depo but here I am almost 14 weeks pregnant, I took inositol, which helped regulate my period and make my cycles to a normal length rather than 40 days, even though the cycle I got pregnant on was 40 days but I took inositol and didn't skip any and it seemed to have worked, it also helped he ovulate which I wasn't doing and only did on that one cycle
