Has your appetite decreased?

Just went to my favorite restaurant EVER and could barely eat. I hadn't had a meal in about 8 hours (I know, bad) and I just couldn't finish the food. I feel like this just about every day. Almost like there's no room for the food. Anyone else having this symptom?

Yeah, totally! I'm only eating half portions. Which I'm kind of happy about actually, because all I'm craving is bad for me food! So at least I'm not gorging on junk food! Can't wait to crave salads and healthy food again....

Mine is gone pretty much all the time. Try to eat small meals even if it's a few bites. Not eating for 8 hours will do more damage. I make myself eat.

Omg, yes. I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I feel like I take three bites of something and I'm full. It sucks, I feel like making dinner for me and hubby is such a waste now.
