Worried but always have hope

Today according to app I should be 7 weeks and 1 day. Had a ultrasound done today and seen the sac and fluid in it but no baby.

I want this baby to stick after 3 miscarriages over the last two years.

Could it be too early to hear or see the baby? I feel the breast tenderness, frequent urination and tiredness... Has hcg levels today after appt to make sure they going up and my progesterone suppositories are helping this pregnancy. Just hoping and praying for the best🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Any feedback? Just too early to hear anything? Maybe?
