SEX made me bleed

What is wrong with my body ? Yesterday me and my boyfriend has unprotected sex in a pool ( I'm on the depo) than we got out of the pool and continued ... Later that day I had a heavy blood flow as if I was on my period and I'd want to know what's going on to be exact .
