Cough syrup??

Cough syrup/robitissen?? Really? Is this supposed to help when trying to conceive? Anybody doing this?? What's the scoop?

My cousin took Robitussin and finally got pregnant with her first -- I think she was 38 at the time. She jokes that she should have named him "Robbie Tussin." Lol. I'm not sure of the philosophy behind taking this -- I guess it helps loosen up the CM?

It worked for me in January. That pregnancy ended in a MMC so currently using it again. 🙏🏻

Hi. I read about this today. Yes, it is suppose to help loosen up the CM. We have been trying for 7 cycles with no luck for baby no2. I am ovulating but never have no EWCM. Considering trying the cough syrup but have oreded preseed that hopefully comes tomorrow in time for ovulation. Good luck ladies!

I have a hell of a time conceiving and actually got pregnant accidentally while not trying at all... I had taken lots of robo at that time cause i had some minor chest congestion and sinus issues. Needles to say i found out that i was four weeks pregnant yesterday. Also had completely changes my lifestyle the past 6 months and got my diabetes and other health problems under control. I also have PCOS and getting my health in order helped regulate my periods but i have always had such wonky cycles and tried for about 9mo before i got pregnant with my first but experienced a early MC. Now 9 months later... When i should be 38 weeks and fixing to pop i am 4 weeks and a bundle of nauseous nerves. Lets hope this one is a sticky bean. I say give it a shot. Best of luck and baby dust

I actually just posted about this! I’ve been taking cough syrup for the past two days now, completely unaware of its magical wonders lol, and had egg white cm (which I’ve NEVER had before) and I’m only on cd11. I’d say it definitely works 😁
