Just luck?

So me and my SO have been together for 5 years the first few months of having sex we used condoms.... That was five years ago. Ever since then its just been raw dawg and pullout i guess u can say pullout game strong 💪🏾😏 anywayysss just wondering am i just getting lucky or do you think its something i should worry about , we have no kids yet and i have never been on birthcontrol i have heard that precum and pulling out still are not always efficient and so i am questioning why i have not gotten pregnant yet happen to anyone else??

I was not on hormonal birth control for ten years. Just the pull out method-- between charting my fertility and using pullout or abstinence on the most fertile days I never had a single slip up or scare.

My husband and I got pregnant on the first try. Had a MC and then was preg 10 days later- so I'm certainly quite fertile!

If you are diligent and disciplined than it can certainly be a valuable method of BC. I don't believe In hormonal BC so it works for me but it took a long time to get the schedule down pat. You must pay VERY close attention to your body. this method is not for people who are NOT in long term monogamous relationships.

We used the pullout method for 10 years with no pregnancies☺ If you do it right and he is able to control himself and you are keeping track of your fertility , you should be fine

my husband and I used the pull out method for almost two decades the only time we can see it was when we actually tried for it as long as your man is good at knowing his body it can be very effective

My husband and I used that method for awhile too. I kept track of my cycles and we were just careful around ovulation. Never got pregnant while practicing it. As long as you know yourself and he can control it, I would venture to say that you guys found your form of bc. There's always a risk though

That's just like me and my husband. We used condoms for a while in the beginning then stopped and only pulled out but never got pregnant - a year or two went by and then we decided 'if it happens, it happens' and the pulling out stopped and still... never got pregnant. It has taken us 8+ years TTC (2+ years of those include fertility treatments) to make it this far with our baby girl, 18w6d today. I didn't have the foresight that you clearly have to ask 'why' we hadn't gotten pregnant early on - I feel like I missed and wasted precious time. If I were you I would maybe talk with your BF about it and see if he'd be okay with you seeing/talking to a doctor...(talk with your GYN 1st - they'll run their own set of tests then refer you to a specialist if need be)

Usually when you have never been pregnant before it takes a little while to get pregnant.... it took us 8 months to get pregnant with our first son and we have never used anything other than the pullout method... but everybody is different.... I would just say be extra careful if you're not ready for a baby

Not every man's precum contains sperm so if yours doesn't and he's been peeing after he cums, there's no sperm to get you pregnant. So unless he tries to get one too many strokes in I guess you're good. 😂 Either that or you're just super lucky.
