Can the use of marijuana mess with your cycle?

My period is 22 days late and I was just wondering if it has anything to do with it? Please let me know

I have been smoking weed fairly consistabtly for a couple years now, but I just recently moved, so I had to give it up smoking for a while. So, haven't smoked in about 2.5 weeks now, then when I got my period yesterday, I experienced some really bad lower back/tailbone pain. I never once had this symptom before, but I thought it may be related to smoking since this was the 1st period I had since I quit (for the time being). I'm not sure that's what caused the pain to occur, but that has been the only major health related change I had underwent since my last period. Hope this helps!

I've been smoking weed for 6 almost 7 years now and it's never had any effect on it that I know of. If you're late take a test and if you're sure you're not pregnant you should see a doctor to figure out why you aren't having a period. Stress can delay your period too.
