Am i loosing feelings for him because of birth control

So i have been on the rod for nearly two weeks now and my boyfriend and i always have little arguments you know how it is but usually everything is so perfect we have sex quite often and i love him but since i have been on this implanon i have started to see him different our arguments make me hate him at the time and he isn't as attractive as i saw him before also we haven't been having sex for the past three weeks at all, every time he tries to initiate it i never feel like it and even when he tries to kiss and cuddle with me i just dont feel like it. Do you think its just because of the birth control or am i loosing feelings for him?? We have been together for 8 months.
