We had our DS 6 days ago and I haven't used the restroom since to go number 2. I've been taking Colace, a stool softener and drinking tons of water, but to no avail. I have two tears with stitches, one tear at the top by my urethra and one tear, 2nd degree, at the bottom end near my poopnshoot. When I push to go they hurt like a mofo. Any suggestions?? Also, do you think would I call my OBGYN about this or my primary care physician??
