Bbt ☹️😑
Today's like day 5 of my first month bbt: 
I am temping about 8:30am until today I switched to 6:30 am. I think I'm going to stick to 6:30am.
I temp orally.... I am trying to understand everything about it but my chart or what I have charted so far makes me neverous. Thoughts? Comments? Concerns?
