Possible miscarriage

So my period was late by about two weeks I took 3 pregnancy test and they all came out positive I am currently waiting for the doctors results to come back, but I think I just got my period. It doesn't look like it though, looks like I have cut myself and it's just pouring out blood? Someone help asap
