On July 1st I began to get contractions, some were even 5 mins apart. The car seemed to make them worse or even onset them so we stopped our car and got some food, and after going pee I felt better!! I ate, and felt fine and BF and I went camping that night. I started to feel really leaky, and in the morning around 5am noticed that I was spotting brown and losing my mucus plug. Contractions were still there but very irregular. I was convinced that it was labor but wasn't ready for the hospital as I was waiting for them to be consistently 5 minutes apart! On that night (July 2nd) I lost chunks of mucus plug. Contractions were still there. No eating or sleeping. Early morning on July 3rd, around 6am I lost my whole plug! After that I slept for a few hours, contractions still very irregular. My boyfriends mom asked if I wanted to walk at 9am so I said yes! My labor was so painful guys...I walked and walked! Later that day around 4pm my contractions hurt to the point of yelling and inability to walk stand move or do anything. Boyfriend took me on a bumpy car ride to the hospital and contractions were 4, 3, 5, 8, 10 mins apart. So the 5 min rule did not apply to me! I went in L&D with a huge smile thinking I was having "Braxton hicks" turns out I was 5cm dilated and ready to have my baby! Yay! Not even an hour later was at 6, 30 mins passed and I was 7cm. At 7cm I was in so much pain I got the epidural. I was unable to relax is why I got it, I was moving my legs so crazy that I tore a rip in the bed. Doctor came in and broke my waters! After that things went by quick and in a few hours she was here.
