Last night, or rather early this morning I was woken up with severe back pains in my mid-back area. They were super intense and lasted for a couple of hours. I then also felt super nauseous but never threw up. It literally felt like someone was pulling on my mid back area and any movement made it worse. I took an ovulation and pregnancy test strip today but nothing. What was that? Period starting? Possible pregnancy? Ovulation? I only used those cheap test strips...should I try an actual test, or what? This was my first cycle with Femara, I also have PCOS.
