WHAT IS SPOTTING?!?!

So I had unprotected sex on Saturday morning (roughly 2:30am)..... I know stupid right? 
And I took an emergency contraceptive pill within the next 12 hours and today (Wednesday) I've experienced pinkish colour spotting. What does spotting mean? And does it mean anything else other then pregnancy? Should I be worried?

Literally girl you are not alone had unprotected sex Monday 2:15 am and did not take an emergency contraception pill till the next day 39 hours later.  Now I'm just waiting for my period to get here.  I feel so sick because of the pill.

Its normal to have spotting/bleeding a couple days after taking Plan B.
