TMI! Implantation

I'm 7 dpo. I had a spot of light bleeding yesterday. Then nothing. today I woke up to spotting, and then it got lighter, and now a little heavier again. I have two pictures of the differences. According to glow AF isn't due until 7/14. Is this implantation bleeding? I'm experiencing mild cramping, I never cramp with my period.
