Okay, so the other day me and my SO had sex and after I started bleeding a little and today we had sex and it felt super sensitive down there what does that mean it never happened to me before....

Could have just been a little irritation from friction. Maybe you weren't super wet or maybe it was just a little rough. A number of things can cause it! Shouldn't be anything to worry about as long as the pain isn't terrible and the bleeding and sensitivity should go away on their own
