Start working out after
You had your baby natural?

My doctor said to wait until my 6 week check up to resume strenuous activity.. Honestly I'm still spotting so there's no way I'm going to do anything strenuous I learned last time that if you push yourself when you aren't healed you will start bleeding heavily again. As much as I want to get back to running I want my body healed first.

I started my 30 day shred at 4 weeks PP and I plan to start getting back to training for my half marathon when I get the ok at 6 weeks

I thought you had to wait the six weeks! ? I'm only 19 days pp and still bleeding with a third degree tear but I'm feeling restless.  I think I'll get a head support for my jogging stroller and start walking at least.

I stated walking a bit after 2 weeks.  Not a ton,  and haven't done much for ab exercises just til I see my doctor at 4 weeks post to make sure everything is good.   I feel great other wise but this is my second baby and delivery was a lot smother with less tearing this time.

I started when the bleeding stopped, which was 2 weeks. I also had a couple chiropractic visits first to adjust my back, pelvis, and fix my ribs. I am doing T25,  which is intense. I follow the modifier and skip some moves I know my body is not ready for yet. It's been 2 weeks, and no problems. I plan to step it up after my 6 week appointment.

I had a vaginal delivery with epidural. With my first baby I had a second degree tear, 2nd baby 1st degree tear. Both times back to working out 10 days postpartum.
