Stressed beyond belief

I have a lot going on financially and with my family so I'm getting close to being pushed over my limit in stress. I am breaking out, which is uncommon for me, I've gained a big amount of weight, I've broken out in a rash, I have had a constant migraine for 3-4 days!!! Anyone have any tips on how they relive their stress? My BF and job is the only stable thing in my life currently, but I find myself taking anger and stress out on him so I need to do something!! I'm going to start walking tonight, eventually running, I'm just too out of shape to run right now. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks ladies. 😘
