Hey Period

Well i started to spott yesterday, (In my head am thinking oh crap no baby dust this month) My period is supposed to come u til the end of next week. Now i has pretty intense back pain, and about of tampon of bleeding in the 24 hours. No more bleeding. Am not sure wtf happened lol... But am not spotting anymore and am for sure not pregnant. Took three test today and two yesterday 😅😅 Any ideas what happened to my period??
