Idk what this thing is

Okay so I recently found out I have mono. My throat really really hurt earlier so I took a picture of it and I found this white thing. What is it exactly? I've researched a bunch and I haven't found anyone yet that has had this problem. can anyone help me? I can actually feel it move when I swallow. The yellow/white bone looking thing behind my uvula.
