Hip pain??!

Anyone else experiencing horrible hip and back pain?? 22 weeks over here !

any tips for minimizing pain?

I went to an antenatal physio class todayand they advised sitting on a gym ball for 15 minutes at a time to strengthen your core, sleeping with pillows between your legs, behind you and supporting your bump, using a rolled up towel in the car, sitting on a plastic bag in the car so you can swivel on that to get out rather than over stretching your legs, pelvic floor exercises. I'm trying to think what else but that was the bulk of their advice :)

Im 21 weeks and 3 days. My hip pain is so bad when I wake up. I have no idea what it is. I kept thinking it was the bed. Ugh. I feel your pain. :(

I have it and it's horrible. Prenatal yoga seems to help, but I'm considering seeing a chiropractor soon if it doesn't improve.

I had awful hip pain (to the point I woke up through the night in pain). I saw a specialist physiotherapist who showed me some exercises for strengthening my pelvic floor and core and safely stretching hip flexors etc. I've also bought a Swiss ball that I sit/bounce on sometimes and I sleep propped up with pillows or with a pillow between my legs.  It's all helped hugely and I hardly have any pain now.

Sciatic pain. I had to go to the chiropractor to fix it.

It comes and goes but I've been noticing it more lately. Especially at night from sleeping on my sides my hips hurt a lot.
