Dairy making me sick?

So, yesterday I had Alfredo for dinner, then before bed I had a few cookies and a glass of milk... Then had horrible stomach cramps and thought I was going to throw up... I've never really had problems with dairy but it seems to make me sick now... Anyone else have this problem? I'll be 25 weeks on sunday

I noticed this a few weeks ago. Three days I just felt disgusting and cut out dairy and it's helped. I think some women just develop an intolerance during pregnancy. I find cheese doesn't bother me but anything too rich like milk or ice cream no dice.

After everything I'm reading I think 25 weeks is when we just all start to get sick. Maybe stomach and intestines move.
