It used to be the go to. But now studies are tracking the correlation between taking tylonel and autism and add and adhd.

When pregnant you should only take Tylenol and how your Dr tells you to if you need it. As far as ibuprofen and ttc you should be okay. The only time I've been told to take a specific one is pregnancy and then it's always Tylenol.
