Migraine caused by clomid

I took clomid cycle day 3 to 7 and took my last pill saturday July 2. I had a migraine monday July 4 and yesterday July 6. Went to my dr today and they seem to think it's hormone induced from the clomid. Has anyone experienced this while taking clomid or after? This was my 4th month taking clomid and the only time this has happened. If anyone can share their experience that would be great. Thank you!
