IVF do I do it ?

Charlotte
I have been to the consultant following up from my surgery, he shown me some pictures of my endo, I asked him 'what's the possibility of having a family' he said next to non but if I was to want a baby he said try now.
He said I wouldn't be possible as I got older to conceive. but I want my career sorted first, but I really want a child, I know I can get IVF on the NHS but do I have to have a partner to do it with because I don't I was thinking of having a sperm donor. I would give up everything to have a child. But if I was to have one its not ruining my career because I'd still have the experience and training and everything for the job I would be going into so it shouldn't be that hard.
Do I put my career on hold to have a baby
Or do I pursue my career and never have a baby
Please do help in so confused on what to do, I really want my own family but if I wait till the right time I won't be able to conceive.
