I saw this picture going viral on Facebook.  A woman named Amanda Bacon posted it.  It is positively the truth.  When everyone posts that they are packing lots of pads in their hospital bag I always laugh because pads just dont cut it.  You will really truly need many of these huge mom mesh diaper pads.  And a squirt bottle to clean up down there. And yes it is the scariest thing on earth to go poop if you've had stitches down there or have had a c-section.
