I texted my ex last night saying I miss him and he replied saying they same thing but he is or was in a new relationship that I broke up.. I feel like the shittiest person on this earth I love him I do but he lives in Arizona I live in California so it's hard. I was so selfish to say something when I knew he was happy and I wasn't. I don't know what to do.
