I've decided to TTC so it's my very first month off the pill after taking it regularly for years. I waited until the end of the pack, had my AF, and then didn't start taking a new pack. It's been less than a week since I've been off and I generally feel awful-cramps and spotting etc. even though my AF is three weeks away. Did anyone else have this when they first went off? How long did it take for your body to adjust?
