Anyone have a similar experience

Dont post here much but i had a scan today and they saw 4 follicles! There good size too im on Cd 12 on 100 mg of clomid anyone get pregnant from something like this also im using opk and digital testing please be nice i cant take any more unsuportive and rude comments
