So today I've noticed my left nipple is producing white crusty type discharge any ideas what this could be

It's colostrum...basically pre-milk that has a lot of good stuff in it for your baby BUT it doesn't necessarily mean you're prego.  All women have it.  Im not prego but if I squeeze around my nipple a tiny bit will come out.
