Sore breast, milky semi thick discharge

My breast are so sensitive right now it guest to wash them in the shower. I usually get sore breast before AF but not the milky discharge. This time it's more like white lotion. My period is dude in 6 days so I'm hoping I get my BFP soon. *fingers crossed *
