So Embarrassing but... PLEASE HELP ME.

Super embarrassing but... I'm 36 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I was horny and I went to masterbate standing up (weird position I know) and as soon as I touched myself a gush of fluid came out. I'm not sure if I just peed myself. It was a clear fluid, and I did pee right afterwards however.. No pain or anything, it just kinda... fell out. I am having belly pain now but not too bad... I didn't really have the urge to pee until that happened. I usually have the urge to pee like a normal person does lol. Kinda freaking out.
